Account Deletion Instructions.

To ensure the deletion of your account, please follow these detailed instructions.

Deleting Your Account via Email

Begin by composing a new email using your preferred email client or service.
In the recipient field, enter the email address: info@stkfocus.in.
Set the subject of the email to Delete Account.
In the body of the email, please provide the following details:
1. Your email address used to create the account: [Your Email Address].
2. A clear and concise request to delete your account. You can simply state, “Please delete my account.”
Once you have filled in the required information, click the Send button to dispatch the email.
Your account deletion request will be processed promptly. Please allow up to 5 working days for the complete removal of your account from our system.
After the specified period, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your account has been successfully deleted.

Open the Stkfocus mobile app on your device.
Navigate to the Settings section, which can be accessed from the menu or profile page.
Scroll down to find the Account Settings or Privacy Settings option.
Select the Delete Account option.
A confirmation message or verification step may appear. Follow the prompts and confirm your request to delete the account.
Once your request is processed, your account will be deleted. This process may take up to 5 working days.
You will receive a notification or email confirming that your account has been successfully deleted.
